What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password. When you use the Telegram bot, we store the data you provide — expenses, bills, calendar events, shopping lists, and reminders. This data is tied to your account and stored securely on our servers.

How your data is stored

Your personal data is stored in a secure database on our private server. Each user's data is completely isolated — no other user can access your information. We do not store payment information (handled by Stripe).

Third-party services

PersonalIQ uses the following third-party services to operate:

• OpenRouter / Anthropic — processes your messages through AI to understand and respond. Messages pass through their servers.
• Honcho — stores conversation summaries so the bot remembers your preferences over time.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (welcome emails, notifications).
• Telegram — the messaging platform the bot runs on.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your data for advertising
• We never share your personal information without your consent

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@personaliqai.com. We will delete your data within 7 days.
