1. Acceptance

By creating a PersonalIQ account or using the PersonalIQ Telegram bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

PersonalIQ is a personal assistant that lets you track expenses, bills, calendar events, reminders, and shopping lists by chatting with a Telegram bot. Data you send to the bot is stored on our servers and shown back to you on your web dashboard.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9/month. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Usage Limits

Paid accounts include 500 messages per calendar month. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage or appear automated.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send to PersonalIQ. PersonalIQ is a productivity tool, not a financial, legal, medical, or tax advisor. Do not rely on it for decisions where errors would cause harm. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PersonalIQ to: violate any law; harass or harm others; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; impersonate anyone; or store content you do not have the right to store.

7. AI-Generated Content

PersonalIQ uses large language models to interpret your messages. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. Always verify anything important before acting on it.

8. Data and Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PersonalIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonalIQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
